Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Axis Data, LLC (“we”) collects through axisdata.ai and how we use it. It covers this website only. If you go further with us, examining your records is covered by a signed engagement, and copying or transferring them by a license you sign. Each has its own privacy, confidentiality and security terms.
No tracking
This site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. It sets only the cookies it needs to work: a session cookie and a security token that protect the forms.
What we collect
Only what you send us:
- Introduction form. Your name, company name, company email, phone number, industry, peak number of employees, years of records, a rough count of company emails, the kinds of systems your records live in, where your company is based, and who referred you, if you tell us.
- Affiliate sign-up. Your name, email, phone number and the affiliate code you request.
- Messages. Anything you send through the contact form, by email or by phone.
- Campaign and referral tags. If the link you followed carries campaign tags, such as the ad’s source and campaign name, or a referral code, the site remembers them during your visit and saves them with your introduction if you send one.
The estimate tool on the home page runs in your browser. If you continue to the introduction form, your answers travel in the page address so you don’t have to type them again; they are saved only if you send the form. The form doesn’t ask for files, documents or access to your systems, so please don’t send any.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
- To reply to you and discuss whether licensing may be a fit.
- To run the affiliate program and credit referrals.
- To keep the site secure and meet our legal obligations.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share your introduction with prospective data buyers without your agreement.
Who else handles it
- Our hosting provider, which stores form submissions in its database.
- Resend, which delivers the emails that tell our team about a new introduction, affiliate request or message.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to reply to you, continue a conversation you started or run the affiliate program, and afterwards only as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@axisdata.ai. We may need to confirm your identity first. Wherever you live, including the EU, the UK and Canada, we will honor the rights your local privacy law gives you.
Security
Only the people who need form submissions can see them, and data travels over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
