These terms apply to your use of axisdata.ai, run by Axis Data, LLC (“we”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

What this site is

General information about licensing business records, and a way to introduce your company to us. It is not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice.

Estimates are not offers

Any value range on the site is a rough illustration based on the few inputs you give. It is not an offer, a quote, a valuation or a promise of payment. Whether your records can be licensed, and for how much, depends on examination, your rights in the data and buyer demand.

Introductions create no obligation

Sending an introduction costs nothing and commits neither of us to anything. Your records are examined only under a signed engagement with us, which costs you nothing, and copied or transferred only under a license you sign. Those agreements control if they conflict with these terms.

What you send us

Send only accurate information that you are authorized to share for the company you name, and please don’t send files, records or confidential information through the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle what you send. You agree not to:

  • submit false or misleading information, or impersonate another person or company;
  • use automated means to submit forms or scrape the site;
  • interfere with the site or try to access it without authorization.

Affiliate program

Requesting an affiliate code is an application. We may decline it or assign a different code. Accepted affiliates receive separate affiliate terms, and nothing on this site promises a commission.

Our content

The text, design and marks on this site belong to Axis Data. You may share links to the site, but not reuse its content commercially without our written permission.

No warranties

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site or these terms will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update the site or these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted here.
